Below is a rundown of costs* associated with services that can be added to your A2 Hosting account.

Outside of Scope Support Fee

A2 Hosting customers may request out of scope support for $85/hr. We will bill you in advance and fees are non-refundable. Requests for outside of scope support will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Submit a Support Ticket outlining your request for more information.

eNom/Domain Fees

• WHOIS Privacy Protection – $9.95/year
• Redemption Grace Period (RPG) Domain Recovery – $200/request

SSL Certificate

• Install Fee – Free

Shared Web Hosting Specific Fees

Shared Hosting Transfer To A2 Hosting

Account transfers for a normal shared hosting account from another host with a cPanel version 4.5+ control panel to A2 Hosting are free. Specific details can be found on our Free Account Transfer page. Requests for free account transfers are made by completing the Free Account Transfer Request Form. Other control panels may still be eligible for an account transfer. Submit a Technical Support Ticket to ask if your current host's control panel is eligible for a free transfer or for a quote for more complicated transfer requests.

Reseller Hosting Specific Fees

cPanel/WHM Reseller Hosting Account Transfer To A2 Hosting

A2 Hosting will transfer 5 accounts for free from another host featuring cPanel/WHM version 4.5+ to A2 Hosting. The cost is $5/account for each additional account with a maximum of 10 paid transfers (or 15 total). Visit our Free Site Transfer page for more details. Fill out the Reseller cPanel Transfer Form to request your transfer.

• Base Price – $50/month + $1 per GB
• Backup Quota – $1/GB (i.e. 10GB max quota = $10/month)
• MySQL Backups – $30/month + $50/month base price
• PostgreSQL Backups – Service is unavailable
