With the World Cup taking place as I write this post, pride for one’s country is at its highest. While only one country will win the World Cup, every country can take solace knowing their country is number 1 at something. This fact is highlighted in this “Because Every Country Is The Best At Something” map that I was sent yesterday.

What’s listed for each country is not as obvious as you might think. You might think China would be listed as #1 for population/people. Nope. They’re listed as #1 for pigs. And of the things that the United States can take credit for, apparently it’s serial killers. Some of my favorites are:

Canada : #1 for Fruit Juice Drinkers
Costa Rica: #1 for Happiness
Georgia: #1 for Library Books
Malaysia: #1 for Rubber Gloves
Cameroon: #1 for Taxes
