LAMP Hosting is the foundation of every A2 Hosting account, and basically the centerpiece of any Linux-based web server. LAMP stands for a stack of 4 technologies that work together to make dynamic websites. The acronym stands for;

• Linux – The operating system.
• Apache – The web server software.
• MySQL – The database software solution.
• PHP – The scripting language solution (can also include PERL and Python).
