Everyday Groupon offers something fun to do in your area at an unbelievable price. The deal can be for a restaurant, store, spa, event etc. For example, there was a restaurant in my area this past week offering $35 worth of food for jut $15.

The catch (and the marketing brilliance) is that there needs to be a set amount of people who purchase the “Groupon” for it to become valid. If you purchase a Groupon, but it doesn’t this threshold, you won’t be charged and the Groupon will be invalid. So you have to tell people about the deal on social media sites to make sure enough people purchase. If it reaches this threshold, you are sent your Groupon and you print it out for use.
