I just wanted to take a minute and tell you what a great job one
of your technical support representatives did for me today. After
a frustrating back and forth with
customer service over email and the support ticket system, he
called me to make sure that we could resolve a fairly complex issue
with my account. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about
what needed to be done, but he stayed on the phone with me while he
got it working without even a minute of downtime.
Service people like that will make me an A2 customer for a long time.

A2 has been a breath of fresh air after years of being stuck with
sketchy hosting companies and domain name registrars. Both the
serving and the support have been excellent so far, and I'm very glad
that I took a leap of faith and tried yet another host. I actually
have this funny feeling that I've never had before: the feeling that
my web hosting might actually be, gasp, reliable ...

I just did another migration of a customer's web site over to your hosting.
I had two issues in which I had to submit a support request. I submitted them after 9pm and I think I remember seeing that your support hours were only from 9am to 9pm. However, after 10pm, I had both issues responded to and resolved.
The migration was able to be done quickly and with little hassle. This is the 5th web site I have set up with you guys and I have been extremely happy with your service and support. I didn't even know the packages had been increased until I did this migration a few nights ago. Not only is the service and support incredible, but the value is even greater now than when I first signed up a few months ago.

In all of my years of experience with hosting (and
medium-large service providers in general) I rarely came across such
excellent and prompt service such as yours! Just know that I'm "selling"

Hey, I just wanted to say how happy I am with your company.
I've been with Iniquinet/A2 for over a year now-- you've helped me answer very technical questions as I've developed my site and provided settings changes as neccesary to support me. I get human responses to my tickets in less than an hour of submission, and the site itself has never had any problems that I didnt cause myself.
I couldn't imagine better service at any price-- thanks so much!

Yesterday I totally messed up my site and I contacted a2 using the 'Live Chat' feature... The chat program seemed to crash while I was talking to [the support person]. I decided that I would just call and before I could get to it [she] called me and solved all of my problems (OK, with the site at least). This is Customer Service above and beyond. Thank you.

I'm impressed with [A2 Hosting's] service and especially their assistance. I goofed with the domain name I wanted (twice actually), and they were efficient and friendly in fixing it. They also clarified a few technical questions I'd had earlier in the evening. I can't think of any way my initial experience could have been any better.

I've only been with you all for a few weeks and I am extremely pleased with the prompt service I have been given thus far. There are not too many web hosting services that offer MySQL 4.1 and PostgreSQL 8 AND PHP 5 for your price and so far I am pleased with my decision to have RDWonline v5.00: The OmniFireball hosted by A2 Hosting. Thanks again for you help and your quick response. I have to say, you
guys provide excellent service! I only pay $15 per month for three
shared hosting accounts with you guys, but regardless of that fact, you
guys still jump to my technical requests as if I had a rack of
co-located servers. I will definitely stay with you guys when it's time
to upgrade and I will continue to spread the word about A2Hosting.
