How to enable Single Sign-On for sub-accounts
This article describes how to enable Single Sign-On functionality for your sub-accounts on an account. With Single Sign-On, you and your sub-accounts can use third-party applications to access your billing account directly, without having to re-authenticate.
Single Sign-On allows any sub-accounts to access your billing information. If you do not want your sub-accounts to have access to billing information, you should not enable Single Sign-On.
Enabling Single Sign-On
To enable Single Sign-On, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.

- On the gray menu bar, click
, and then click .
- In the left sidebar under My Account, click Security Settings.
- On the Security Settings page, under Single Sign-On, click OFF. The slider changes to ON, and Single Sign-On is now enabled:
