How to enable Single Sign-On for sub-accounts

This article describes how to enable Single Sign-On functionality for your sub-accounts on an account. With Single Sign-On, you and your sub-accounts can use third-party applications to access your billing account directly, without having to re-authenticate.

Single Sign-On allows any sub-accounts to access your billing information. If you do not want your sub-accounts to have access to billing information, you should not enable Single Sign-On.

Enabling Single Sign-On

To enable Single Sign-On, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
    If you do not know how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.
  2. On the gray menu bar, click ACCOUNT, and then click CONTACTS/SUB-ACCOUNTS.
  3. In the left sidebar under My Account, click Security Settings.
  4. On the Security Settings page, under Single Sign-On, click OFF. The slider changes to ON, and Single Sign-On is now enabled:
