Changing the billing cycle

If you want to take advantage of one of our discounted pre-paid billing cycles, open a billing ticket on the Customer Portal at In the ticket, please make sure that you specify the billing cycle you want.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time for customers to change account billing cycles themselves from the Customer Portal client area.
