How to manage quotes on the Customer Portal

This article describes how to manage your quotes on the A2 Hosting Customer Portal.

Managing quotes

To manage your quotes in the Customer Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
    If you do not know how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.
  2. On the menu bar, click Billing and then click MY QUOTES:

  3. Select one of the following options:

    • To view a quote in more detail, click its status in the Stage column. (For example, in the list displayed in the previous step, you would click Delivered.)
    • To download a quote as a PDF file, click Download.
