How to order a dedicated IP address

This article describes how to order a dedicated IP address for your hosting package.

Ordering a dedicated IP address

To order a dedicated IP address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
    If you do not know how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.
  2. On the Services menu, click ORDER NEW SERVICES:

  3. In the Categories sidebar, click Support Requests.
  4. Under Dedicated IP Address, click Order Now:

  5. On the Configure page, choose the billing cycle that you want.
  6. In the Domain text box, type the domain for which you want to add the dedicated IP address.
  7. Click Continue. The Review & Checkout page appears.
  8. Click Checkout. The Checkout page appears.
  9. Under Payment Details, select the payment method that you want to use.
  10. Select the I have read and agree to the Terms of Service check box.
  11. Click Complete Order.
