How to order a dedicated IP address
This article describes how to order a dedicated IP address for your hosting package.
Ordering a dedicated IP address
To order a dedicated IP address, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
If you do not know how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article
- On the menu, click :
- In the Categories sidebar, click Support Requests.
Under Dedicated IP Address, click :
- On the Configure page, choose the billing cycle that you want.
- In the Domain text box, type the domain for which you want to add the dedicated IP address.
- Click Review & Checkout page appears.. The

- Under Payment Details, select the payment method that you want to use.
- Select the I have read and agree to the Terms of Service check box.
