This article describes how to use the Shared Address Book in cPanel. With the Shared Address Book, you can share e-mail addresses between all of your e-mail accounts. For example, you can create a [email protected] entry in the Shared Address Book, and all of your e-mail users will be able to view and use the contact from their own accounts.
To enable the Shared Address Book, follow these steps:
Locate the default e-mail account, and then click Manage.
Under Share the System-managed Address Book, confirm the With all email accounts slider is enabled:
To configure the Shared Address Book permissions from Horde webmail, follow these steps:
Locate the default e-mail account, and then click Check Email. Webmail opens in a new tab.
On the top menu bar, click Address Book, and then click Shared Address Book:
In the left sidebar, click the pencil icon next to Shared Address Book:
Under Edit Shared Address Book, click Change Permissions:
Under All Authenticated Users, select the Edit check box:
