How to access a sub-account in Plesk

This article describes how to log in to a sub-account in Plesk.

Accessing a sub-account

As a Windows Reseller Hosting customer, you may need to log in to your customers' accounts from time to time. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Plesk as the reseller.
    If you do not know how to log in to your Plesk account, please see this article.
  2. In the left sidebar, under Hosting Services, click Domains:

    Plesk - Admin - Domains

  3. In the Domain Name column, locate and then click the domain associated with the account you want to access. Plesk logs you in to the account with the same permissions as the customer.
