This article describes how to manage blocked IP addresses. You can use the A2 Hosting Customer Portal to check if an IP address is blocked by the firewall. You can also whitelist blocked IP addresses if necessary to restore access to shared and reseller hosting accounts.
For security reasons, A2 Hosting monitors network traffic and may block IP addresses engaged in suspicious activity. This proactive approach helps keep customer accounts and A2 Hosting infrastructure safe, secure, and stable.
